Essential oils are some of my favorite things. I use them daily as part of my beauty/morning routine, my nightly unwinding and I diffuse for good mood, for better smelling home, to strengthen immune system and help fight off mild illness, stress relief, congestion, skin irritations and headaches as they occur. I use them for cleaning and disinfecting my home.
